Duties include but are not limited to:
-Supervises Maintenance departments, ensuring facility upkeep
-Supervises Transportation Department, including scheduling routine maintenance of fleet vehicles as well as monitoring schedules and routes.
-Supervises Security department
-Processes work order requests and assign duties to employees
Coordinates with local and state officials when necessary to obtain building and equipment inspections and permits.
Preferred Experience:
-Supervisory Experience
-Time and attendance record keeping.
-Basic computer skills
- Prior Hospital experience preferred
Reports directly to CEO
Full time; Mon-Fri position
