St. Helena Parish Hospital Millage increase meeting
OFFICIAL PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 7, Section 23(C) of the Louisiana Constitution and La .R.S. 47:1705(B) that a public hearing of St. Helena Parish Hospital will be held at its regular meeting place St. Helena Parish Hospital—Administration Building located at 119 N Second Street , Greensburg, La. on Monday, May 26, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. to consider levying additional or increased millage rates or increased millage rates without further voter approval or adopting the adjusted millage rates after reassessment and rolling forward to rates not to exceed the prior year’s maximum. The estimated amount of tax revenues to be collected in the next tax year from the increase millage rate as compared to the amount of tax revenue for the current year, and the amount of Increase in taxes attributable to the millage increase are as follows:

Hospital additions
Local and state officials joined hospital CEO, Mr. Naveed Awan, and staff to celebrate groundbreaking ceremony on Sept 26, 2023. The celebration was to announce major additions to the hospital campus, emergency room, and diagnostic center.
